Jack and Jack

We took Jack to meet his Great Grandparents yesterday. Brant's parents had the family over for dinner and baby Jack got to meet his Great Grandpa Jack and his Great Grandma Marilyn. It was a special moment when big Jack held little Jack. I wish I would have captured a better picture but this is the best of the bunch:

The rumor is that Grandpa Jack is afraid of holding babies, so this was an event. Great Grandma Marilyn passed baby Jack over to Grandpa Jack sound asleep and of course he started to squeal as soon as Grandpa Jack held him. He held him long enough for us to get some pictures before he started yelling "Help!"

Baby Jack spent most of the evening asleep in Great Grandma Marilyn's arms. Which meant that someone was wide awake for the majority of the night last night, equaling a very tired mama today. Lesson learned! Which reminds me, I better go wake up that sleepy baby so we don't have the same problem tonight!
