38 Weeks

We had our 38 week appointment today. I'm holding steady at about 1cm dilated, but she did say I'm more effaced. Good news is my doctor said she wouldn't let me go more than a week after my due date. Hallelujah! If she doesn't see more progress next week, we'll talk about scheduling an induction. For now, our little guy seems pretty comfortable where he is, and I'm ok with that. I can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel now. 2 more weeks...three at the most, that just doesn't seem so bad.
