Jack has 5 teeth at the moment and should be cutting a 6th any day now. I'll be so glad when all of this teething business is over. He takes it pretty well, besides waking up often in the middle of the night and wanting to nurse, oh, and the constant droll too.
He really chunked up this week and had rolls on his legs and chubby cheeks, but I think he's already grown into them and looks long again. I'm just not sure who's body type he has!
He is getting around really well these days by commando crawling. He loves to go for my water bottle that I always set on the floor, and for any cord he can get his hands on. Time to baby proof the house!
We visited with Jack's day care provider this week, and I can't express how confident and good I feel about the situation. Jack starts on Monday and so begins our adventures with daycare.
I can't believe how quickly this summer is coming to an end. I realized a couple of weeks ago how much we have to look forward to with the holidays and Jack. I'm trying to decide what we should dress him up as for Halloween. Any suggestions?
